Filmed at The Ebell: A Century on Screen
Step into the spotlight and explore the hidden Hollywood legacy of one of Los Angeles’ most iconic landmarks. Filmed at The Ebell is an all-new guided tour that pulls back the curtain on The Ebell of Los Angeles and the Wilshire Ebell Theatre—a women-led cultural campus that has quietly played a starring role in over 100 years of film and television. From Katharine Hepburn’s Break of Hearts to Forrest Gump and Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer, The Ebell has set the stage for unforgettable moments in cinematic history.
Guests will roam through the elegant main building, stroll the lush garden and courtyard, and step inside the storied Wilshire Ebell Theatre—all part of a breathtaking 94,000-square-foot architectural masterpiece. Recognized as a Los Angeles Cultural Monument and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Ebell is more than a film location—it’s a star in its own right.
