Bluysen, born Marie Joseph Auguste Bluysen in early June 1868, was a French architect and decorator.

Bluysen was a student at the French art school Beaux-Arts de Paris, graduating in 1897.

According to Wikipedia , Bluysen was an architect of the Ministry of the Colonies (1897), an architect in Paris (1899), and an architect of the Ministry of Post and Telegraphs (1912). He was a construction inspector in the Universal Exhibition of 1900.

Bluysen distinguished himself in the architecture of cinemas, theatres, and casinos.
