Explore this national historic landmark designed by famed architects Louis Sullivan and Dankmar Adler like never before. Be awed by taking a closer look at the brilliant 24-karat gold-leafed ceiling arches and the beautifully restored artwork throughout our building.

The Los Angeles Conservancy Link opens in new window runs weekly tours of the Broadway Historic Theatre District. Subject to availability, the tour visits the interiors of one or more of the following theatres: Los Angeles Theatre, the United Theater on Broadway (formerly United Artists Theatre and The Theatre at Ace Hotel), Orpheum Theatre.

Access is not guaranteed to any theatres due to events programming and logistics on the day so call ahead for details if you are concerned.

Tours run every Saturday at 10am and last approximately 2.5 hours. Tickets $10.

Chicago Theatre Marquee Tour

Go on a history-filled journey, from the inception of this majestic venue in 1921, all the way to its present-day incarnation as a premiere entertainment venue. The Marquee Tour encompasses historical and architectural highlights of the building, including the grand lobby, sweeping staircase and majestic auditorium. Tour guests have the chance to stand on the famous Chicago Theatre stage, plus view artist signatures on the dressing room walls, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Dolly Parton and so many more!

Tours run Fridays at 12pm and Saturdays at 12pm and 2pm. Duration approximately 60 mins. Please note tour content is subject to change based on events in the building and that some tours can take up to 75 mins. There is no stage or dressing room access on concert days.

Broadway In Chicago offers a public tour of our theatres every Saturday at 11am. Each tour visits two of our three theatres: the Nederlander (previously Oriental_ Theatre, the Cadillac Palace and the CIBC Theatre. The tour showcases the glittering vintage décor inspired by the foremost theatre designers of our time, who created through their designs in the French Renaissance styling. You will also learn about the cutting edge technology that makes each theatre the home to today’s most complex theatrical productions and the recent restorations that brought beauty and elegance back to these century-old theatres.

Campus Tour

The Music Center Symphonians, who are voluntary docents for The Music Center, offers a 90-minute docent-led tour of The Music Center’s four theatres: Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Ahmanson Theatre, Mark Taper Forum and Walt Disney Concert Hall.

You can learn about the history and architecture of each of the theatres along with Jerry Moss Plaza and hear about how each of those spaces are enriched with incredible arts experiences. Find out about artistic presentations by Center Theatre Group, the Los Angeles Master Chorale, LA Opera, LA Phil and TMC Arts, including the Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at The Music Center dance residencies, concerts, arts learning experiences and free and low-cost events on Jerry Moss Plaza. View artwork from across the globe including sculptures, tapestries, paintings and antiques from the 17th century to the present.

Hear the stories collected through The Music Center’s nearly 60 years as the heart of Los Angeles County’s cultural life. Tours generally run every day however depend on visiting companies.

Go behind the scenes of the Showplace of the Nation! Take a guided tour of Radio City Music Hall, discover art deco masterpieces, learn the history of the iconic Great Stage and even meet a Radio City Rockette®*.

Tours run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm, departing every half hour. The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Tours will be closed on certain days due to performance requirements. Check the website for the most up-to-date information.

Now in its thirteenth year, the iHeartRadio Music Awards is a star-studded event celebrating the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2025, while also offering a preview of the upcoming hits of 2026.

The show will feature live performances from the biggest artists in music, as well as surprise duets and collaborations, and award presentations in multiple categories.

Our Theatre Tours give you access to the non-public areas of our three theatres, the Crucible, Lyceum and Playhouse, including the backstage and cast areas.

Allow up to 2 hours for the tour.

Set in a dystopian future, Metropolis story follows Freder, the son of the city’s mastermind, whose love for a working-class woman leads him to the city’s unpleasant underbelly. Go behind-the-scenes with a guided tour of our iconic theatres.

Perfect for people who want to find out more about the history and restoration of the Lyceum, or the brutalism of the Crucible.

Our Theatre Tours give you access to the non-public areas of our three theatres, the Crucible, Lyceum and Playhouse, including the backstage and cast areas.

Allow up to 2 hours for the tour.

Please note that Sheffield Theatres are fully working theatres. Each tour is unique and varies depending upon what is available on the day. Plans may be altered at short notice so we cannot guarantee in advance which areas you will visit.

An unforgettable night of fantasy, music, and nostalgia awaits, as fans celebrate the 40th anniversary of the movie’s 1986 release. Fans are invited to step into the magical world of Jim Henson’s Labyrinth in an exciting fusion of film and live music. Watch the cult classic on a stunning HD screen while a live band performs the full soundtrack in perfect sync with David Bowie’s legendary vocals. From iconic songs like “Magic Dance” to Bowie and Trevor Jones’ sweeping score, the music comes alive like never before. Dress in costume, sing along, and cheer for your favorite characters as Goblin King Jareth, Sarah, and the fantastical creatures of Jim Henson’s Creature Shop leap off the screen.

2026 marks 40 years of Labyrinth. The originally musical fantasy film was released on June 27, 1986. It was directed by Jim Henson and stars Jennifer Connelly and David Bowie.

Jim Henson’s Labyrinth (1986) Link opens in new window: in Concert.

Audiences are invited to experience an epic evening as Jim Henson’s musical fantasy film Labyrinth is presented on a large HD cinema screen. On stage, a live band will perform in sync with Bowie’s original vocals, playing the songs and the score from the soundtrack composed by David Bowie and Trevor Jones. The special 40th anniversary tour begins September 2026.
